If selling imported garments — must declare country of origin.
Public Liability Insurance
Product Liability Insurance
For children's clothing — covers harm caused by the product.
Children's clothing safety compliance
If selling children's clothing — drawstring, button, and flammability standards apply under Australian/New Zealand Standards.
