Public Liability Insurance
Allergen labelling compliance
Nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten must be declared on all pre-packaged products. Some market organisers require nut-free stalls — check before booking.
Home kitchen registration
If baking from home — the kitchen must be registered with your local council and inspected. Requirements vary by state. Not required if using a commercial kitchen.
