Allergen labelling compliance
Gluten in wrappers, shellfish in prawn products, soy, eggs, sesame.
Shellfish allergen declaration
Prawn products must clearly declare shellfish — a serious and potentially life-threatening allergy. Ensure clear labelling and verbal disclosure at point of sale.
