Käsespätzle

Pork schnitzel plate
Panko-crumbed pork loin schnitzel served with German potato salad and lemon. Contains gluten and egg.
Chicken schnitzel plate
Panko-crumbed chicken breast schnitzel with German potato salad. Contains gluten and egg.
Soft pretzel (Brezel)
Large soft baked pretzel with rock salt. Contains gluten. Serve with cream cheese or mustard dip.
German potato salad (Kartoffelsalat)
Warm waxy potato salad with bacon, onion, vinegar, and mustard dressing. Contains mustard.
Sauerkraut (side)
Fermented cabbage — naturally vegan and gluten-free. Probiotic.
Black Forest cake slice
Chocolate sponge with cherries and cream. Contains gluten, egg, dairy. Pre-made and sliced.
German beer (imported or craft)
Check liquor licensing requirements — markets vary significantly.
Apfelschorle (apple juice and sparkling water)
Popular German non-alcoholic drink.
