Centrifugal or cold press — the defining piece for juice operations. Cold press produces higher quality juice with longer shelf life.
Commercial blender (high-powered)
Vitamix or equivalent — essential for smooth smoothies and açaí bowls. Do not compromise on blender quality.
Small bar fridge / chest freezer
For frozen fruit and perishable ingredients — must maintain below 5°C (fridge) and -18°C (freezer).

Temperature control compliance
All fresh produce and dairy below 5°C. Frozen fruit below -18°C. Monitor fridge and freezer temperatures regularly.
Allergen labelling compliance
Peanuts in peanut butter smoothie — major allergen, must be clearly declared. Dairy in yoghurt. Tree nuts in almond milk. Soy in soy milk.
