Chickpea and tahini dip with olive oil and paprika. Contains sesame. Vegan.
Baba ghanoush
Smoky roasted eggplant dip with tahini and lemon. Contains sesame. Vegan.
Tabbouleh
Fresh parsley, bulgur wheat, tomato, spring onion, and lemon dressing. Contains gluten.
Fattoush salad
Fresh salad with crispy fried pita croutons, sumac dressing, and pomegranate seeds. Contains gluten.
Baklava (Lebanese style)
Layered filo pastry with pistachios and rose syrup. Contains gluten and tree nuts.
Lebanese coffee (ahweh)
Cardamom-spiced black coffee. Strong and aromatic.
